Menugem Ordering Service Fees
Effective immediately for new businesses
Effective June 8, 2015 for existing businesses

For each order:
Fee paid to Menugem is $2.50 or 4.5% of subtotal + tax (which ever is higher).

For orders with a subtotal + tax of $0 - $55.56
Service Fee paid to Menugem is $2.50

For orders with a subtotal + tax of $55.57 and above
Service Fee paid to Menugem is 4.5% of the grand subtotal
